What is the broken rate of bubble alumina?
The crushing rate of bubble alumina is usually controlled within 10%.
During the production process, by screening good balls, the ball breaking rate can be guaranteed to be within 10%.
Production process
The production process of hollow alumina balls includes the following steps:
1.Industrial alumina with an alumina content of more than 98% is melted in a three-phase electric arc furnace.
2. Use compressed air to blow molten liquid alumina into hollow balls.
3.Screen out good balls and ensure the breaking rate is within 10%.
4.Screen out hollow balls of different types.
5.Package and put into storage.
Application Areas
Due to its excellent performance, alumina hollow balls have been widely used in high temperature and ultra-high temperature kilns, such as petrochemical industry gasification furnaces, carbon black industrial reactors, metallurgical industry induction furnaces, etc., and have achieved significant energy-saving effects.
