The Introduction of Alumina Bubble Brick

Alumina bubble is a new thermal insulation material. It is made using commercial alumina, and its crystal form is a-Al2O3 mini crystal. Manufactures made into alumina bubble be able to withstand high temperatures, and the highest can reach 1800℃. Also, benefiting from their high-impact and light, the manufacturers are widely used in the petrochemical industry, metallurgical industry, and black carbon industry.

Alumina bubble bricks are made of 70% alumina hollow spheres and 30% sintered alumina powder, bonded with aluminum sulfate, molded by vibration molding in a wooden mold pressure. After drying, the green body is sintered at high temperatures or lightly burned into bricks. Bubble Alumina Brick is a new type of high-temperature thermal insulation brick.

Alumina bubble bricks can be used at 1800℃ for a long time. At high temperatures, they have good chemical stability and corrosion resistance. But they can keep stable in a hydrogen atmosphere.

Feature:

  1. High working temperature
Bubble Alumina Brick can reach more than 1750 degrees.
  2. Saving materials
Bubble alumina brick can save 1.1-1.9 tons per cubic meter, compared with dense firebrick.
  3. Energy saving
Bubble alumina brick has the feature of thermal insulation and low thermal conductivity.
